City Bridge Trust and UBS have launched the third round of the Stepping Stones Fund. This programme provides grants to charitable organisations across Greater London who want to get ready for social investment. So far 32 charities have received a total of £1.6 million for investment readiness projects.

Conversely, successful programmes for the worst educated has seen numbers of those with lower qualifications continue to shrink.
